Overview
Integrating Zoom with ZippyPlan simplifies the process of organizing video conferences. By selecting Zoom as the location for your events, ZippyPlan will automatically generate and embed the video conference details into your event. This setup provides your invitees with immediate access to the necessary information, which helps to streamline scheduling and reduce the likelihood of missed meetings.
After scheduling an event, Zoom meeting details are automatically included in the confirmation emails and calendar invites sent to your attendees, making the entire process more efficient and hassle-free.
How to integrate Zoom with ZippyPlan?

- Log in to Your ZippyPlan Account: Access your ZippyPlan account using your credentials.
- Navigate to Settings: Go to the Settings section of your ZippyPlan account.
- Access Video Conferencing Settings: Select the Video Conferencing section.
- Select Zoom: Click on the Zoom option.
- Click 'Connect Zoom': Initiate the connection process by clicking 'Connect Zoom'
- Authenticate with Zoom: You will be redirected to Zoom’s authentication page. Enter your Zoom credentials and sign in.
- Complete Integration: Once authenticated, Zoom will be integrated with ZippyPlan. You are now set up to use Zoom within ZippyPlan.
USAGE
- 1. Log in to ZippyPlan and go to the dashboard.
- 2. Click on 'My Scheduled' in the sidebar.
- 3. Click 'Create Quick Meeting' at the top right.
- 4. Enter the title, invitees' emails, and select Zoom.
- 5. Set the time, timezone, and other details.
- 6. Click 'Save' to finalize.
- 7. A Zoom link will be sent to invitees.
REMOVING THE APP
- 1. Access your Zoom account at Zoom Market Place.
- 2. Click on the 'Manage' option in the navigation bar.
- 3. Under the Personal App Management section, select 'Added Apps.'
- 4. Locate or search for the 'ZippyPlan' app then select 'Remove'.
